For Sale: Injen Intake

First of all this is probably one of the best intakes out there. The Spool on it is ridiculous. I really miss it being on the car but going stock for now. Yes the box does say 135i but its the same exact thing.

Its for the N55 engine. Looking for 180 Picked Up

Would this fit my e90 LCI 2009 328i sedan with the sports package on it? Is this all I need or would I need any additional parts to fit this on? Can youu ship to NorCal? How much if yes?
