Plastic wheel bolt caps / covers?

Hi,

My black standard bolts have started to have a corroded appearance, as have the locking bolts.

I've tried fitting plastic bolt covers from the likes of Seat, VW and Skoda but they gradually fly off, one by one despite being the same size as the bolts.

I was wondering whether anyone on here has fitted plastic bolt caps and if so, would they be kind enough to let me know where they got them from if they would recommend them please?

Failing that, what can be done to keep the bolts looking tidier?

Many thanks!

Try Corsa C caps, i've not tried it myself but they fit 17mm bolts and are hex shaped so should stay on!

All ive done as ive got black wheels is spray the bolts satin black, simply do it silver to return it to standard form. cheap solution and lasts for a long time.

I asked the same question a few weeks back, in the end I opted for the old trick I use on my e36 M3, a quick spray with some silver smoothrite paint, obviously done with the wheels off!! Did them whilst giving the wheels a good clean & wax, they're dirty now but you get the idea below.

I was recommended vauxhall bolt cover so went down my local dealer who had them in stock who quoted me £4.64 per cover working out at about £88 if I wanted all 20!!!!!

I didn't bother asking for any dicount as I caouldn't see him offering 90%+ offf!!!!!!
