BMW 3 Year Warranty

If you purchase a used bmw that is less than 3 years old, does the aftermarket AUC warranty annul the original 3 year warranty?

Reason is, I have a loose wing mirror casing and I guess this would not be covered by the auc warranty , but probably would be on the original maufacturers warranty.

You get balance of new car warranty plus as much AUC warranty as required to take it to 1 year from purchase date - thus, if you're still within 3 years of new, you're still covered by new car warranty
