Isn't there a lock/unlock button between the center air vents?

look at the center console. You will see a knob with BLUE on one side and Red on the other. There's icon that looks like a door there; that's your lock and unlock button.

There is a door lock button between the two center air vents. I understand the confusion, on day one my wife asked me how to do it and I couldn't answer but found it the next morning.

You could also just yank your door handle one time and it will unlock all doors.
