Long service waits

Im so pissed off at bmw 3 weeks and they still havent fixed my sunroof . The car sits outside all day and they havent touched it . Im so pissed off that it makes me not even want my car anymore cause its gonna be in such rough shape when i get it back.

calm down, take a breather, mind telling us the whole story, instead of pieces of info here and there. Like if they didn't have the part, why did they keep your car? a faulty sunroof does not prohibit driving the car, so why did they ask you to leave the car there instead of bringing it in when the part arrives?

sorry guys it was cause of the sunroof explosion. Just kind of upset cause the car is black and i know how every little thing can affect the paint.

I understand your anger, I would be pissed too, have you tried talking to your SA? tell him/her you're worried and ask him/her if there's any chance of storing your car in their garage, I know for example Parkview's got a big garage where they keep their new cars

call them up. Maybe they did not get the sunroof yet. They want to get your car back to you as soon as possible also. What do they gain by not fixing your car right away? They dont get paid, they pay for your loaner and they upset the customer. Did you ever think about it that way?
