(i didnt know where to post this)

do you guys know where i can get an extra key for my car besides the dealer?

is that expensive?

Im pretty sure, You can only get em from the dealer. And you will need the ownership, photo id and a credit card.

I would shop dealerships

I would shop dealerships sometimes there is a lot of difference on prices.

yeah at the dealership always they charge like 200% more expensive than another vendors.

i still remember the last time i went to the dealership and i asked for an oil change, they said $350

Got two keys this time around

Got one last time with my lease, paid a "discount price" for another.
Guess that is the difference between leasing and buying

You're really paying, much like anything else in this genre, for the "convenience" factor. I have used my spare several times to pick up my car after hours from the dealer- great stuff!
They said they simply changed their policy though- probably after being bitched out into submission by irate customers

Mine charges $105 or $79.95 with the coupons they email me.

Sounds like you need to find a new dealer!
