Hello everyone, I drive an e92 335i. Last night, I was driving home and, like an idiot, cut a corner too close and hit the right rear wheel. It didn't scuff up the wheel very much or anything, and at the time I didn't notice anything wrong with the car. Today, however, i got in the car and upon starting, got these lights. I also noticed my alignment is off, as the car wants to pull right, and the car kind of wobbles if I hit a bump with the right rear. Can anyone please help diagnose what I've broken before I take the car in?

Suspension arm and alignment perhaps? Probably some fairly serious damage there, I wouldn't drive it at speed.
