I hear this gurgling bubbling sound and suddenly the windshield wash is running down my driveway...WTF?

I thought I sprung a leak in my reservoir but it sometimes happens
and sometimes doesn't.

Maybe I just have to pour it in slower?

My low light came on. I put a whole jug of washer fluid in it. It started to foam up the neck some, just slowed down with the pour. I heard it hold likes 6 liters? Not sure
