Another noob "will it fit " thread (bbs lm reps)

Hello

I looking at buying a forum member's set of bbs lm reps with the following specs:

19x8.5 et 32 19x9.5 et 35 with 235/30/19 and 265/35/19 tires

I have a 07 e90, will it fit without any spacers or need to modify the car? The seller doesn't know the brand of the reps, is there a huge variance in quality ? I know the tires are off brand but they are new and I would factor that into the price.

Apologies for the noob question, I do need to do more reading but wanted a quick opinion on this set.

Thanks !
