I think so yes. You mean exposed CF hood and trunk so its a "dark" stripe on the top of the car? I think it's ghetto personally.

^ What he said. Personally, I would focus on wheels/tint/blacked grills prior to paint and body mods

i think you should get wheels and some sport/race springs first!
save the carbon fiber for when the car has been extensively modded already |

when i see unpainted carbon fiber parts, i think
A) Your'e showing off how much you spent to "upgrade" your car or B) You spent too much money on your "upgrades" and now you can't afford paint IMO BTW the oem cf hood is an exception |

As I see it, if you're gonna slap CF ANYTHING on your ride, you better have an aggressive car to back it up, else you're just asking for racer bois to smoke you at every light and turn.
I think of it as having minimum hardware requirements to throw a software program on your computer. There is a reason CF comes as an option pretty much on 335iS/ M3s only. Again, just an opinion. |

Do the roof only. then up the wheels and spoiler/lip, etc. But don't go too aggressive if the motor won't live up to the look!
