For $33K I wouldn't buy it.
Low miles but too rich for my blood.
I'd buy a new one first.

They want you to spend $200 for an inspection on a car you want to buy? You should be able to refuse that.

Car seems like a reasonable deal, especially with that mileage.

Yeah, inspection should be unnecessary if you're buying. If you're turning it in, the cost of that sounds like something that I'd expect would be built into the cost of leasing, so I'd be curious to hear from others who have turned in leases.

You can get a newer 335i similarly equipped, with similar mileage (<20k) and CPO'd for the same money. In my opinion, it's not a good deal.

how you find a similar CPO 335i convertible for the same amount of money? are you sure you saw I posted the car was a convertible?

please post one add or link for the southern california area? as I would gladly buy it? (335i convertible CPO similar)

my google search skills must be very weak these days if I missed that.

Not gonna happen, cause it doesn't exist. You know your car, it has very very low miles. 33k sounds reasonable, but $200 safety inspection does not seem reasonable. What dealer in LA is this, so I can avoid them.

I've never paid for an end of lease inspection whether buying it or not. Is that cost in your lease? I don't think that is a BMW financial thing
What are you getting for safety inspection? Either still under warranty or it is your problem afterwords.

Sounds like a stealer rip off. I'd say no and if they don't buy that walk.

You do need an inspection because the car will be changing titles form the lease company (BMW finance) to your name. The price seems a little steep, so take it to a different shop to get an inspection. At my shop in Canada we charge $79 for a safety inspection.

Here in Ca. you don't need that inspection.
You won't need smog because the leon holder is essentially being removed.
Nix what I said about won't buy. I missed the drop top.
Is the residual $33K. You should not have to pay more than the residual *OR* high bluebook if that is lower. But an inspection isn't necessary.
You can get the BMW extended maint or warranty up until the day the original expires.
On a 328i I'd punt on the extended warranty because normally aspirated BMW sixes just don't die.

No inspection necessary if you're buying it...if you're turning it in then there's a $350 disposition fee.

Ask them in the documentation you signed where there is a specific amount. Otherwise, refuse.

After run up the mileage Bueller style.
