New Owner '09 328 Convertible

Im a new owner of an '09 CPO 328i Convertible...a few questions

with roof up, "thud" noice from over the right rear window when hitting even mild bumps. Additionally, a metallic/tinning noice coming from the undercarriage....has anyone experienced theses issues?

Thanks from the 'new guy"

Hmm, so far as the thud and tinning goes I'm not sure. All CPO's go through a pretty intensive check-over but if it's bothering you (even just a little) take it back to the dealer and ask to drive a service tech around so that he can hear it as well. If you just give them your keys and they drive it they will never hear anything.. if you catch my drift.

I've had my car since 2006 and I've yet to get a single lose/rattling part besides my driver door lock which I broke with my elbow and I drive this car like a bat outta hell.

Also, are you using the run flat tires your car likely came with? If so, they probaly contribute to a rough ride and some of the unecessary rattling. But a CPO shouldn't make any sorts of the noises you describe so make sure your BMW dealer stands behind their CPO quality.
