Will dealer recharge AC with warranty at no charge?

My AC is weak... basically it was 80 degrees yesterday and after 20 mins it was still warm in the car... however it does work, cool air is coming out...

will BMW dealer fix this? They going to charge me?

yes, but i feel your pain, i have my AC check and "repaired" 3 times in the past 18 months, everytime, they said the don't find any leak, and just added Freon, and it was done under warranty, no charge for me.
