I had these fitted, they looked great in low light, and darkness, but in the daytime you could hardly see them! Now fitted the original H8 bulbs back in.

go to a website called hids direct (google them) and buy the MTEC V3 bulbs. They are really bright. You can still see them in daylight and when dusk and dark they are amazing.
They cost £100 for my 335i but might be cheaper for different models. You pay for what you get in my opinion, hope this helps

I bought these and not impressed with the bulb or the customer service.
I am returning them after opening a dispute with paypal due to the guy wasnt answering call and never returned them after numerous voicemails left and one ring on each side lights much brighter than the other so i will stick with factory ones for the time being.

The problem being the v shape gives out light to each side of the unit but in Lci adaptive xenons the ring glass is in the bottom corner needing a light from the front of a unit like the original h8 bulbs

Angry

Ive had a bad experience with WE SELL HIDS on Ebay. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2609278234...ht_3570wt_1092

Summary
I purchased on 31st March 2012.
The bulbs didn't come with fitting instructions.
Advert stated "easy installation"
Booked my car in with my car mechanic friend for fitting as clearly not easy.
The bulbs and fittings dispatched by WE SELL HIDS did not fit.
In the process of attempting a refund.
Rubbish

I assume your car has Xenons as those bulbs will only fit Xenons. For the record you will never get the full LCI look by just changing bulbs to LED's as the rings will never be that bright during the day and there will be a marked difference in light output between the inner and outer rings of the angel eyes.

I have the BMS one's which are probably one of the better makes out there (not sure why you've read bad reviews) but even LED's which cost £200 have the same issues so I doubt any you buy off ebay for £26 will be any better.

+1 for BMS. Here's what my BMS ones look like in daylight (shade):

Guvernator is right about variation in light between the two rings. The reason is because there is only one bulb (the inner ring). The outer ring is lit by the same bulb, via a fibre optic cable.

BMW have clearly now sorted this, as later cars don't have this problem.

Sorry, fitted them some time ago, so not sure. Suggest you ring Juiced Up Tuning who are UK agents for BMS.
