alpine white e90 spotted in LA today

did anyone else get a glimpse of a white e90 on the 405 today? It was odd b/c my wife and I just stopped by the dealer to get some info on ordering one. then when we merge on on 405 we see one drive right by! It had black tape covering the high waistline. It looked awesome too. I caught up to it and the driver gave me a thumbs up. I got a picture on the camera phone but sprint is having issues with their server. the car looks very nice in white. we are looking forward to picking one up.

Jim, make sure to post that up when the server is fixed! First time I've heard of an actual e90 spied on a US road.

ok, here is the photo. sorry its so crappy but I was trying to drive and not crash at the same time. my wife first tried to take the pic but she had her finger over the lens!

Ah too bad it wasn't clearer. How'd it look in person though?? Were you able to follow it for a while and get a good look? It doesn't look like it had too much masking on.

It looked very clean. I drove next to it for maybe 5 minutes. I would have followed it longer but I had to get off the freeway fairly soon. The black tape only covered the waistline on the sides and the roundels on both the front and rear. interior was tan. The driver was friendly. He noticed me catching up to him and wove when I got next to him. My wife really liked how it looked and she is a tough critic of cars.

Did it have the factory aero kit (rear trunk spoiler, front CF bumper lip)? Get a good look at the wheels? I'm curious myself how the factory aero kit looks. I'm typically not a fan of factory aero packages, but this one looks promising with the carbon fiber lip

a white cfoupe would be kinda nice, i dont like a white e90 sedan because its just so big and .. white .. seems kind of flashy but in a screwed up way. a coupe in white could be sporty

I did not see an aero kit on it. definitely no cf on front lower apron. I have no idea what wheels were on it, it was moving quite fast!

yeah, the guy started to motor once i caught up and was pacing him. we got in some heavy traffic and he slowed down. it must have been a 330. I was in my M3 could tell that it could definitely zip.
