Do you have an email?. I can send you a more detailed description of everything. But to answer a few of your questions. Yes after you pay the entry fee everything is paid for. Including each room you stay at and your plane ticket.

Munich, Stuttgart, the 'Ring, Wiesbaden, the Bavarian Alps, Salzburg, Venice, Innsbruck, and back to Munich.

I'm super tempted to do the East coast portion, but currently saving for a euro summer trip, if that doesnt work out, i'll probably be in

and if not fully in, i'll come visit when you guys are in orlando

Looks cool, but also looks like a total Bullrun rip off. I did the Bullrun in 2004, LA to Miami, and it was driving all the way...and a blast.

GR is a completely different experience than Bullrun. You can't really compare them.
