Glaze before Sealant

Hello

About every six months I give my car (E90 AW) a claying and polishing, then follow up with two coats of Menzerna Power Lock Polymer Sealant, then two coats of P21S 100% Carnauba Wax. About every 1-2 months I reapply the P21S.

This time I am going to give Dodo Juice Diamond White Hard Wax a try instead of the P21S, just for kicks.

Looking at add a Glaze before the sealant. From some research it appears that oil based Glazes can not be used prior to sealants. It appears that Chemical Guys Extreme EZ-Creme Glaze with Acrylic Shine II can be used as it is not oil based.

Anyone used this glaze before a sealant/wax combo? Any thoughts on this?

theres a poorboys glaze for white and light colored vehicles, i use it before sealing with powerlock as well, also alpine white. It fills in swirls pretty well and adds some gloss

I've used Chemical Guys Extreme Creme Glaze followed with Blackfire Wet Diamond and was very happy with the results.

I've used EZ Creme beneath BFWD and Duragloss 105 several times with no problems.
I use this on mid cycle details, with polishing only coming when needed and every six months I strip, clay, glaze (if no polishing needed) and then seal. I top with wax depending on what I want and the color of the car.
White diamond is very nice on lighter colors so is Fuzion and 845 (easily the cheapest).White diamond last longer than Fuzion but no where near 845.
For my money use 845 as the topper once your white diamond is gone.

The Chemical Guys Extreme EZ-Creme Glaze with Acrylic Shine II is a very popular glaze because seemingly most sealants bond very well with it and there is a minimal loss of durability. This product is very popular with many pros for this reason as well. Here are some articles using the EZ Creme Glaze if interested in reading more - http://www.detailedimage.com/Ask-a-P...z-creme-glaze/. If you have any questions please let me know.
