possible to add heated seats?

Does anyone know if the US car is prewired for heated seats and if the coils, switches, etc can be added after the car is built?

The e46 came prewired, I would guess that the e90 is as well. But you will probably have to a. buy the button plus the piece that holds button plus you will probably have to have someone at the dealership who will program them as on...
