I need to borrow a strut
I know a few folks have swapped out their OEM struts for [fill in the blank] coil-overs. If anyone saved one of their front struts, I'd like to borrow it to have a spring perch/seat fabricated.

I want BUY take-off struts.
It appears I need to purchase struts in order to harvest spring seat/perches, anyone want to sell me their take off struts?

If I borrow it, I guess a few days for measurements to be taken. For now the simpler route looks to be to "remove" the spring seat from the strut.

Curious, you planning on adapting these to some performance shocks? I'd be interested to see how that goes. Advevo was able to mount some Eibach springs to his JRZ RS1's but I don't know where he got the OEM style spring perch from.

I have the suspension bits in transit to me. Thanks to all. Yes, either some KW V3 or TC Kline thingies. I'll be harvesting the seats off of the OEM stuff.
