Dateline did a story tonight on dangerous roads. The story starts out by Stone Phillips saying: "It's as if there was a plane crash every day that killed 115 people....that's how many die on our nation's roads."

Wow... I work 10 minutes from that road (US 19), have driven it many many times and it most certainly IS a death trap... plus right now they are doing construction it... yikes! I avoid it at all costs... stupid Florida drivers.

I firmly believe in age descrimination when it comes to driving. People should be retested. I will also do my part in not visually impaired individuals renew their license.
