will E46 M3 18" rims fit on 1M?

Friend's friend is selling his E46 M3 wheels with winter tires for real cheap and I was thinking about buying them.
Seller says they are genuine E46 M3 wheels 18x8.5 all around and he doesn't know the offset.
Tires are pirelli snowsport 210 size 245/45/18 all around.
Will it fit? And would I need spacer and extended lug bolt to make it look right?

Or perhaps they are front wheels on all four corners?

the front wheels on E46 where 8 or 7.5". The original winterwheel set-ups where the M Double spoke 68 in 7.5x17 or the double spoke 164M in 7.5x18.
The ET for front and back differ in there set-ups!

Yeah I thought they were 8". Perhaps the widths listed by or given to the OP were incorrect.

I tried this but both front and rear E46 M3 wheels do not fit over the 1M's brake calipers.
