Lumbar support - stupid question

I feel like an idiot, but how the hell does the lumbar support work?

for example thee is one button that has 2 arrows - left and right...only one of the arrows works and the other one doesnt. is that normal? I tried it on both seats and only one works...

My seat has a major arc right now and I cant seem to get it back to normal....

thanks

It's not normal. With the other arrow you should be able to get the bolster back to normal. Check the fuses.

Lumbar as I know it is controlled by a 4 arrow circular pad. The 2 arrow horizontal switch is for the side bolsters (sports package).

Lumbar~
Arrow facing towards ceiling- upper lumbar activation
Arrow facing towards front of car- middle lumbar activation
Arrow facing towards floor- lower lumbar activation
Arrow facing rear of vehicle- retraction of all 3 lumbars.

Unless you have different options, above should be the controls.
