I feel your pain. I go to the mall and park away from the masses and w/o fail some shit box parks next to me. Fortunately with this car I haven't any dings or dents. In the past with other cars I have, and of course the culprit is nowhere around.

Big deal man...he didn't hit your car. Count your blessings. Parking lots are for people to park.

Seriously. I understand where you're coming from but it's not like he parked an inch away from you or something.

The fact that it's a mini-van and that it was reverse parked would piss me off, too.

I was parked away from everyone and this jerk in an e63 parks next to me unbelievable (almost had to suffer the indignity of getting in through the passenger side door... Hope this makes you feel better OP, could be worse I generally park closer to the curb though...

At least he parked within the lines. Most idiots that back into parking spaces suck at it and end up either \ or /.

Let me get this straight…a “good day” was ruined because someone parked next to your BMW? So you are here ranting and accusing people of being idiotic and being assholes because they did not behave in a way that is conducive to the well-being of your BMW?

Geez, you are right…some people people can be idiotic and downright assholes. Some of them get frustrated and rant about it on the interwebs.

Just consider it a reminder that the whole world really does not revolve around you.

Print a bunch of these out and keep them in your car.
Leave a few on their windshield next time it happens.

x2. I don't get it...did he give you a door ding? I could see if he parked you in. I've had similar things happen when I'm in the middle of nowhere and someone parks REALLY close to me. Have to believe that they do it intentionally just to prove a point - what point, I'm not sure. But this looks like a dude just parked his sweet shaggin wagon....

If people park that close to me on purpose, I kick their mirrors off.

lol i know you people don't think its a big deal..but i got dents all around my car and some scratches from people always parking next to me..when i first got my car i did not care where i parked! i came from a 2008 silverado before my 328i and never had a problem with people hitting my car..so i had faith in humanity..but theres so many dents on my car and scratches, the keyed my car, so now i park away from any sign of life..and anyone who parks near me pisses me off..

at school i park on the grass ( and security gives tickets for parking on the grass), but i park in the middle of a field and some one always manages to park next to me in the middle of a field. I have had people park an inch next to me..and it gets me even more heated! Now i park all the way in the back..right next to a curb as close as i can..and have to worry bout scratching my rims..

First world problems indeed...

Similar to another picture posted above, be glad he didn't park close like this that I saw a while ago at a parking lot (interestingly enough both of these are Mercs)

I'm having a blast! Girl backed into my rear bumper today... on the parking lot, she was backing out of her parking spot without looking back and not slowing down, my car "jumped" at the impact, I was in the car...
