That happened to me years ago and was fixed under warranty.. every single vent did it at one point, too!
I believe they replaced the entire vent, instead of repairing or replacing individual parts. |

Yeah, Had that happen to my Driver Side vent. You can try super gluing it back together, but I ended up buying a replacement from Tischer. It cost around $50 for a new one. Check for Warranty repair before you buy one. If you replace it yourself, it just snaps in place.

Looking in my notes the vent doesn't break down any further so you'll have to replace the entire vent if the dealer doesn't cover it. Hopefully you'll get lucky and get it covered, if not I have a replacement available HERE.

Disassemble the unit and glue or plastic weld it if you still have all the parts. Should only be a one beer job.

i just contacted a couple of dealers.. they said it isnt covered and the vent costs 75 dollars (39 dollars on ECS and 44 dollars at Tischer parts). guess i have to buy and install myself. The odd part is that nobody sits in my car except me, and i never touch the pass air vent, so it def broke by itself...
