Vibration in steering wheels

I recently purchased a set of 205 55 r16 91h dunlop winter sport 3d non run flat sl on my stock 16 rims, I noticed a vibration in steering wheel and I could also see a vibration in front passenger seat at the speed of 100 to 120 , thought its the balancing so I had them rebalanced by another shop , it didn\'t help , today I increased the air pressure from 32 psi to 35 psi and I noticed the vibration significantly decreased should I add more air or do you think the problem is something else, prior to these tires I had no problem running my 18 rims and tires summer set, thanks

I have the same problem with my winter rim and tire setup. Had them balanced and then road force balanced all four were within spec but still having vibration in steering wheel.

Ok at least I'm not the only one with this problem
