And it looks like swirl city. I did a full detail on my E92 in July and there are hardly any noticeable swills. During regular daylight hours my rear bumper looks like an apocalypse, and it is a brand new m-tech that was painted barely over 3 months ago. Any idea why this would happen?

They used a rotary to polish then didnt remove the swirls, most likley covered them up with lots of glazer and waxes to hide them, after enough washes the glazer and wax goes away then you see whats really there, You can either try to remover the swirls with a DA polisher and a heavy polish or go the other route and try to cover them as much as possible with glazes and waxes. Hope this helps
