Side note, the hotel scene is the Roosevelt Hotel in NYC and I stayed there on one of my trips! Pretty cool to see it in the movie.

Oh thanks I didn't know that. I have been watching Sacha Baron Cohen for a long time, back well before any of his movies came out and he had his Ali G show. I am aware. That being said, it is a similar style of comedy, and it flopped. I'm simply stating a point based off the 2 minute trailer I just watched, I didn't read the script. But thanks for pointing that out again.

Cohen was funny in his previous work because he wasn't trying to be funny. That's the genius of it. This new movie is more Adam Sandler than Cohen. Still, I hope it does well and stirs up a hornet's nest.

Da Ali G show was so funny.. I hope you have all seen it or you are missing out... It's where his characters Borat and Bruno were featured... he also spun a movie off his Ali G character as well.
