New 335 on the way!!!

Hey y'all!
I recently bought a new 2011 e90 335. I'm waiting on it currently to be delivered here. While I have been waiting I've been reading and researching all sorts of stuff on this forum...Great stuff I must say! But I still have a few questions i was hoping y'all can help me out with.

1. My car is Space Gray w/ Blk Interior with Convenience, Performance, Premium, Sport, HK sound, Nav, and some other minor goodies but those are the biggies. MSRP was $54,490 and I closed it out at $48k and some change. I know its too late to change anything but how'd i do there?

2. My car hit U.S. shores early last week but still hadn't been put on a truck as of friday. Does anyone have an idea of when i could expect it at my dealer? I live in Oklahoma btw.

3. I want to change my AE to white. I really like the OSS headlights but I'm going to wait til the newness of the car wears off before i start modding a whole lot. So what kind of bulb replacements can i use? I looked at all the pictures but i was unclear which ones would fit my car.

4. I'm not a huge fan of the wood trim in my car and I was looking at either painting it to match the exterior or wrap it in CF fabric or vinyl. I've read all the DIY on the wrapping and it doesn't look to difficult I was just wondering though if painting it to match the exterior would look better? Im not worried about if its permanent or not because like i said i don't like the wood anyways.

Thanks for the help and Im excited for my car to get here! I will post some pictures as soon as i get it!

i dunno but 48K isn't too shabby! I just got a special edition 335xi (special for canadians) and my base was 52K (manual, no navi, performance stage2 kit, 19" 313 wheels)

To get from halifax to my dealer (toronto) by train it took wayy too long. Expect about 10 days.

There are a lot of packages and forum posts about headlights that will be very insightful. http://www.bimmereyes.com/ seems to be pretty good prices

Ditch the wood; it is not a Jaguar! Again, a lot of posts for DIY trim removal/replacement

6 1/2 K off MRSP. Don't think you did too shabby on the negotiation side. More deals to be made at end of the e90/92 as they must make room for the new F series.

Ya i was looking at the Luxs but i dont think i wanna spend $200+ on something just hold me over til i spend $800+ for the OSS lights. I read something about the GP Thunder bulbs and they were only like $20. Will they fit and will i be happy with them or best to stay stock til i decide to go the OSS route?

Congrats! I'm about to order my 2nd BMW. How'd you get them to take so much off? I need some negotiating help. I was just going to go to the Audi Dealer and get them into a price war with each other.

I just haggled with them and let them know i wasn't just shopping with their car. I actually drove another car i was looking at, a g37 special edition sports sedan, to the BMW dealership to compare next to each other. I also had to walk for them to come down an extra thousand dollars.

you got 12% below MSRP so in my book that is a good deal, especially if you ordered your car the way you wanted it instead of buying something already in the dealer's inventory
