3 Series

Well...I was out and about yesterday, actually going to get some groceries (yes my M coupe is my grocery getter, haha) and as I'm driving from my house to the interstate, I see a black 3 series E9x (I'm not sure what it was, it was debadged and I don't remember how many doors it had) and through the traffic we stay about even, but I jumped a few cars ahead before the on ramp. Anyway. There is a stop light prior to the onramp and I'm in lucky position #1. So I floor it and take off and jump on to the interstate and hit 80 and start to cruise. Behind me I see this crazy guy weaving in and out of traffic and eventually he flies past me...so i tail him...he was goin a lil over 100 before he hit traffic.

Blah blah blah...
we get to an interchange and we're both goin the same way and get off, whatever...he guns it, so I'm like ok...I'll play...and the interchange isn't a simple 270 ...it's like a 180 plus a long S curve...anyway...I could tell he was pushin his limit cuz he had lot of body roll and we weren't really goig that fast...but he hit traffic again (minivan) and had to slow down.

Long story not so short. God I love my M coupe. Not so much for the engine, but it handles so nice...while the 3 series was nearing his limit, I had no roll and plenty of traction. It was beautiful.

Anyway, just thought I'd share. The difference between M and Sport package and Z and 3 is more than just a little.

Hmmm... and then you wonder why you're almost killed 5x/day on the road...

The Coupé is definitely a spacious grocery getter, I will agree.

Hey, I wasn't pushing it at all...crazy 3 series boy on the other hand...

guarantee the handling of the Z is VASTLY superior to the E9X of any form

Z4 kills it hands down. One is a sports car, the other is a sedan with sporty intentions
