Kleen Flo Rubber Care for weather stripping??

Hi,

I am trying to re condition my weather-stripping and other rubber seals and wondering if it's ok to use "Kleen Flo Rubbercare"? It seems to be silicone free but does not seem to state that it's water based or not.

I am not able to source Gummy Pledge or the Wurth Rubber care stick so tryin to figure out if this product is ok to use.

Here is the link to the product:

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks.

Also, does it really matter if the product is petro based OR water based?
