Evolve Switch

Used on my E90 335d.

Car returned back to original map before it went.

Correct lead will be supplied. (not pictured)

There are plenty of threads about this - but basically you'll need to purchase a new map from Evolve to use this. The maps that are on it are useless unless you happen to own my old car.

Anyway, it's £45 posted.

If required, collection can be from Arlesey, Bedfordshire or from Woking (working hours).

Oh, and this isn't eBay, so no offers please.

There was one for sale recently but with the new map it came up to nearly the cost of a new unit, guess thats where Evolve hold all the aces.

If the difference is as much as that then Ian's is a good deal. Best advice to Ian would be to get a quote from Evolve for a new map on this switch and publish that here, that way any purchaser knows exactly the costs and Evolve are committed to honouring the deal.

Imran - is the switch-box generic, i.e. it doesn't have to be for a 335d as it's the actual map that's rhe "specific" bit?

Thanks for confirming this Imran.

Have to say the best thing I ever did to my 335d was take it to Luton for its remap. Awesome, and more importantly, very, very useable power.

Again, the box is £45 delivered.

Yes. The box can be configured to read/write various different cars. The map is specific to the car.
