Next oil change?
I have a total of 900 miles of my 325i. I was wondering, my dealer said I should have my first oil change in 10,000 miles. Is that what most of you have done?Or you change the oil yourself before that?By the way, how often do we change oil?Dealers said every 15,000 miles?Im abit surpised about that long lenght of miles. Thanks

It will vary depending on your driving habits and conditions. The car will tell you when it's due. You will also see the estimated "miles remaining before service" each time you start the car.

Thanks. I was just confused why others from the forum says they changed they oil at around 1000 miles.Anyway, I have used my DS automatic maybe a couple of times when I want to hear my engine growl, but snce I cant drive above 75 mph in I-20, I can live with the ordinary automatic.Kudos to everyone

Check the OBC setting. Mine was set at 12,000 miles, but I plan to change it today at 7,500 miles with Mobile 1 from Costco. I would say it'll be okay to change it followed the factory setting.
