Will 18" wheels ET41, 235/45/R18 fit a E90?

Hey guys!

I got a good deal on 4 original BMW alloys. They are 18" with ET41 - They come from a E46 - will these with my E90 or do i need spacers and such?

I am worried about the ET?

Wheels are 235/45/R18 i also have 225/40/R18 if that is better.

Cheers

Btw. It's a 320D from 2006 - Sedan

Hi,

ET might be a problem unless you add spacers. The wheels might be too tucked into the wheel well preventing proper full turns in the front.

Is this a square or staggered set?

I have a set of 219M wheels and they have ET29 front and ET23 rear. You could see it in my sig pic. I also have 235/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear tires. I installed plus size tires to increase the overall wheel diameter.

Ideal ET on e9X is ET34 front, ET37 rear, but as you could see, ET as low as the M offsets would fit with minimal adjustments on e90 (possible rub in rear fenders).

It's really up to you how large a spacer to install, but def need them to mount your wheels.

Try to keep the OEM wheel dimensions, too. Doesn't matter too much about size of tire (rubbing could become an issue) as long as aspect ratio remains the same: XXX/40/18 front and XXX/35/18 rear.

GL and post the pics when you finish! OBTW, I have cousins in Copenhagen...LOL

Cheers!
