Wanted 335i or 335d

Hi guys,
Firstly I should introduce myself, as it's my first post!
Having just sold my mk5 Golf GTI (great car) I am in the market for a BMW 3 series Coupe. I am looking at either a 335i or 335d around the 15k mark, so if anyone is selling one or thinking of selling one please reply with what you've got to this thread. (Can't do PM's yet!)

Regards
Lee

I'm assuming your location in the "North West" is in the US, and that you mean $15k and not 15k miles.

If so, then...
  1. No 335d coupe in the US.
  2. A 2009 335d goes for 30k+
  3. A 2007 335i is 25k+

Lease?

Hi Guys , yep I'm in Warrington, Cheshire!
Seems there is a bit of a split between diesel fans and petrol fans!
Ian, I contacted you last week through Pistonheads asking for more pictures of your car, and you directed me to here!

^^looks like a very tidy motor^^
Do you know if it is possible to change the wood effect interior details to either the piano black or alloy effect on these cars?

yes its very easy to change, I changed the trim in my wife's car.

It takes about 45 min to do it. You should find one on ebay.

I have a aluminium honeycomb trim set that I am not using however its from a E93 so you would need to change one of the parts.

Good luck! I'd go 335d coupe if they had it over here!

335d Coupe for me

Both great cars. 335d more reliable.

Choose either you will love either. Nothing in it performance wise.

Yours is a lovely car, but I was looking for an auto really, although I could be persuaded to get a manual!
I am also not a fan of wood interiors (see above) but this can be changed, as I've found out tonight.

Can I ask if the car is running standard brakes? and if you still have the original wheels?

Currently have my 2007 335i auto for sale with a very good spec.

The link to the add on PH: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3275390.htm

Just reduced the price to £14,450 not sure if it's showing on the add yet.

First post, so Hi to everyone on here!

Dont discount BMW Approved.....I just bought a 2007 plate, from Bavarian BMW NI for £16K and they even chucked in a full tank of fuel to get me home. It wrote off my Saturday to collect it, but with flight prices as cheap as they are, it wasnt an expensive trip.

The spec is - 335i M-Sport, Full BMW Service History, 41k Miles, 19" Alloys, BMW Performance Black Grill, Metallic Black, Black Leather Interior, Silver Interior Trim, Bluetooth Handsfree. Mine is a manual though, but that was my preference.

To add to that it comes with 12 Months BMW Approved Warranty and 12 Months BMW Roadside Assistance.

The car is fantastic, I went from an E46 325i, test drove a E92 320d, hated it, then test drove a E92 325d and liked it but didnt love it and they are much more expensive.

Saw this and with motorway MPG at 31, thought why not. They are a pleasure to drive and sound amazing.

Good luck in your search......it will be worth it.
