ANOTHER fitment problem... Please help!
Hey guys!
Still trying to figure out my fitment/rear tire issue Hoping someone can chime in with experience So, to recap my current sitch: -currently running 19x9.5 +44 Work XSA 02C in the rear on 275/35/19 Nitto Neo Gens (came with wheels; too good to pass up) -have in my possession both 12mm and 15mm Burger spacers -12mm spacer fits MINT and completely flush with ZERO rubbing on my front 19x8.5 +40 w/ 245/35/19 Michelin PS2.. This is absolutely perfect fitment FYI, and I by chance nailed this one perfect. Car sits quite low on Eibach Multi-Pro R1s. -I wanna run the 15mm spacer in the rear, but neither the 12mm or the 15mm fit with the 275/35s. This leaves me with a couple different options: -downsize tires to recommended 265/30/19 (best option, I know). Only issue here is that I'd have to buy brand new tires and I'm trying to spend as little as possible on this set, as I've already replaced the front tires and plan on doing new wheels sometime next year. -downsize tires to a used set of 255/35/19 -----> WILL THIS FIT?? Like I said, I wanna run the 15mm in the rear. Currently have the 12mm on there and it rubs WAY less than the 15mm did, but still too much to keep on. Car JUST had driver's side rear fender repaired and don't wanna mess up the paint. It's definitely rubbing the fender, not the liner. Car had the fenders rolled while in the body shop, but from what I can tell, it is a "mild" roll. The lip is rolled beginning PAST the "flat" (ie. parallel with the ground) part of the lip, so it doesn't provide me with nearly as much room as I had anticipated or hoped for... Reason I'm saying 255/35/19 is that there's currently an OEM Audi A5 set of Pirelli P Zero Rossos for sale locally for cheap, cheap and I'd like to keep costs down. Anyone running a 255/35/19 with a decently aggressive offset that can provide info and hopefully pics? Car is an E92 pre-lci. Thanks!! |

You should be fine with the 255/35 also long as u don't load the car up with people cuz then you might rub the fender liner. I have 265/35 on 19x10 et25 rear on my pre-LCI e90 and rub the liner with 5 people in my car on large bumps on road. My fenders were rolled and slightly pulled.
