What tools?
Not that it matters, but I'm finding the trunk pretty useless--like a big glove compartment. In fact, I couldn't fit the owner's manual in the glove box, so I tossed it in the trunk.

In the sedan and coupe, there is a built-in tool tray in the trunk. Must be different for the convertible due to the storage requirements of the top. Maybe you could just slip it under the rear of the front passenger seat?

Mine was in the trunk, under the floor liner, next to what appears to be the Amp. It just sits there.

Hmm, where is the lock-nut for the wheels? I bought mine from Stratstone BMW and they never mentioned it. There are two tiny compartments in the boot, on the left and right, and I'm sure there is nothing in them...
