As far as roads in the city, there aren't many. Here are some spots I like to cruise around...

The loop around Quabbin Reservoir, take Rt 2 west to RT 202 South, this will take you South down the west side of the Quabbin, follow Rt 202 to Rt 9 into Belchertown, you can take 9 east to Rt 32A North and go up the East side or take Rt 9 on East into Ware then go Rt 32 South into Palmer and hop on the Mass Pike at Exit 8.

Unquity Road in Milton from the ice rink at Blue Hills Pkwy to Hillside Street has some fun curves, there isn't usually too much traffic around there. Not a good idea at night as there are no street lights and it gets very dark.

Rt 146 south of Boston Road in Sutton has been recently repaved and has some straight aways that are good and safe to open it up a bit...

In or near Boston, I would say Cambridge memorial drive along Charles river at the dawn. No traffic, fresh air, and terrific view. Also, I enjoy driving through river way and Jamaica pond in Boston. Nice curvy road. Of course at the dawn to avoid horrible traffic at longwood area.

You really need to get outside 495 to get the really good driving roads.

Route 2
Route 112
Route 9
Route 202
Route 7
Route 8
Route 116

All are in central to western MA. All are spectacular.

8A through Hawley, Charlemont and Heath towards the Vermont State Line

Storrow Drive and Soldiers Field Road in Boston some nice corners in the Harvard Stadium area

Generally any highway on/off ramp that's clear or traffic and potholes

Day Blvd in Boston from Columbia Road/Morrissey Blvd rotary to Castle Island

Fresh Pond Pkwy in Cambridge
