Genuine BMW MV3 + Winter Tyres

I have a set of OEM 18'' MV3's with Vredestein Wintrac Extreme Tyres for sale.

Tyre spec is:

2x 225/40R18 (92W) Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme XL 6-7mm
2x 245/40R18 (97W) Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme XL 8mm

3 rims have slight kerbing (as in pictures).

These have been used for two seasons and have covered approx 4000 miles. Will fit all e9X.

Looking to sell as these will not fit my F10 without looking to small.

Cost of tyres fitted is approx £650 alone, looking for £750 for the wheel/tyre package. Prefer collection (Bristol/Newport).

Would you consider splitting tyres and rims? If so I'll be interested in the tyres...

Sorry mate, don't get to spend as much time on here as i used to.

Vreds are stunning in ice/snow, not once did I stuggle for grip. My road is on an incline and not many cars moved during the snow, I however had no issues at all.
If you get yourself a set you'll know exactly what i mean.

Vredestein Wintrac Extreme

I can concur, I have two sets of these tyres on my V70 and XC90, they worked a treat last winter. When I tried deliberately in an empty iced over car park to spin the V70 at around 25mph, it would only slightly understeer, and it was braked remarkably well.

I run Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta, not sure what they are like on BMs, though fantastic on the V70 in the wet in particular, and you can find them for great prices too (though I'll probably try Falkens with my next BM).

Cheers for the info. I'm between Vredestein's and the Falken's at the minute. Both seem to get good feedback from those that have used them.

You watch, it'll be just my luck it won't snow this year!

It looks likely I'll be back into a 335d very soon, please let me know if aforementioned sales fall through, I like the tyres and keeping appearance standard.
