There's a lengthy PDF written up by a member somewhere around here. You'll need a new dash, obviously, but besides that, no additional parts besides some minor clips/vents.

Obviously you better know someone with EXTENSIVE coding experience with these cars. Don't expect to show up to BMW and expect them to hook you up.
