Hi All,

Due to me trading in my e92 320d 177ed.

My spider tuning is up for sale.

I bought the box from a forum member on here two years ago and its been fab. took it off last week, and the difference was night and day. Dont think i could of carried on driving without it, if i was keeping the car.

can these be reprogrammed for a 163 bhp.

Not sure, i never asked the question, just plugged and played with mine. (177hp ED) which the box states its for.

Says on the website:

Should you change your car you can use our new Chip Exchange™ service.
Chip Exchange™ is the new easy way to transfer your Spider® to another vehicle. Instead of having to return your unit to be reflashed with the upgrade, now, we simply send you a new CPU already programmed ready for your new vehicle. Simply slide out the Spider® PCB (printed circuit board) from the enclosure. Remove the old CPU from the PCB and install the new one.

But there doesnt seem to be a link for the price or how to order one.

No bother, I did a search there to see if the info was already on e90 post and I see youve been after a spider box for quite a while!

This box is for the 2.0d ED 177bp Engine. Which is fitted in most models.

I bought it off a member on here who was using it in 120d ED 177bhp. and i have been using it in my e92 320d ED 177bhp for two years and has been great.

the extra power is amazing for overtakes etc. missed it alot since taking it off. but only got the car for two more days.

so as long as your car has the 2.0d ED 177bhp engine it will work
