F30 launch: Will there be an x-drive sedan?

My lease ends, Sept 2012, but I am seeing people post there will not be an x-drive available, can anyone confirm this?

Won't be available initially when the F30 first goes on sale in the US in Spring 2012.

Do we know if it will be as delayed as the F10 528 was in getting xDrive? That car waited an entire year before it got it.

When the car is launched we will announce M-Sport Packet at the same time.
However M-Sport along with xDrive will go on sale in all markets from the third quarter of 2012. Which means September onwards.

Will F31 with xDrive be available at the same time or will it be available even later?

I'd be surprised if it was not introduced initially with the F30 here. IIRC, the E90 Xi was present right from the beginning.

Actually xDrive did not arrive until September 2005, and SCOTT just said above that the same thing will hold for the F30 (September 2012).

Do we know yet if F30 Sport Line xDrive models will receive a dedicated sports suspension (lower ride height, stiffer spring rates) as compared to the F30 Urban and Luxury lines?
