Senna Opens Tomorrow
Heads-Up enthusiasts.... The Senna documentary opens in SoCal tomorrow, at The Landmark in Westwood. I'm going to the 11:50 a.m. showing on Saturday. There are only a few showings and it is supposed to be absolutely amazing. I can't wait!

Man!
I wanna see that movie Even though I'll be crying through the entire movie I still remember clearly the day I found out he died From the location, to the place I was in, to the people I was with Probably one of the saddest moments of my entire life Seeing my childhood hero die :'(

I was sitting in my living room in Catharpin VA watching the tape-delayed coverage on ABC or ESPN, same day, but about 10 hours later. I cried then, hadn't cried for a driver since Villeneuve at Zolder. Both are my heroes, both died in the cockpit... sad but poetic.

Already got tickets for Sunday at The Landmark in LA. Been stalking this movie for quite some time hoping it would open in the US. It's hard not to be excited and almost tear up just watching the preview. He is and was a legend.

dmw16 - is it currently playing in DC? I knew it was coming to DC but I didn't know when.
I, too, remember everything about that morning. I just sat there waiting for him to climb out of the car...in my mind, he's the greatest F1 driver of all time. |

There's a few moments in there that are genuinely sobering. But it's a seriously great film, you guys will not be disappointed.

I was so pissed because I watched 15 minutes of it on Netflix Instant a few months ago, and they took it down WHILE I was watching. Ugh.
So pumped for this.

I've saw it a few weeks back (its availble via Torrent/NZB), I thought it was absolutely fantastic... some of the footage is just amazing (ie. drivers meetings!). Highly recommended!!!

I downloaded the torrent a few months back and am still trying (though not very hard) to find a player to play it.

the movie is simply amazing, there where two parts where I couldnt hold back the tears. After you see it, you will know exactly the parts I'm talking about
I too remember the day he died like if it was yesterday, I was only 12 at the time but I was a fan of his since I was 4-5 years old |

+1. The film is simply amazing!!! I have seen both the 1:45 version and the longer 2:42 version. I prefer the shorter version. You won't be dissapointed watching this docu film. Quote:

Some things deserve to be paid for in full.
Everyone should go see this in theatres.
