Would prefer one with FBMWSH around an 2008 plate and around 60k miles or less

Thanks, I have updated the original post, budget depends on the car really but hopefully that will give a better idea of what I am after.

Well mine is on 62K, one owner from new. Just had a major service with new rear brakes.

Black, 08 plate
Pro Nav
Xenons
Black Leather
Folding mirrors (anti dazzle)
Auto
Hi-Fi speakers
USB Audio
Seat Heating
M3 Rear Lip Spoiler
P-Torque remap (can be removed but has improved MPG)
Full BMW Service history
Garaged from new
Body is very good, just a few stone chips on the bonnet

Any good?

I have just joined up after a long few hours reading through things here as I am too after a 330 or 325 M sport.

I like the look of Nick's car above it looks very well looked after, how much are you looking for that?

And the spec of yours above sounds good but your miles away from me!
