Houston Body shops

I worked so hard trying to keep my car in mint condition, intil some girl not paying attention/texting rear ended me at a red light in her SUV...Can anyone recommend me to a good body shop here in Houston? If I wanteds to replace my damage rear with an mtech instead of the oem. Would i be able to? How would I tell the body shop that?
Any input would help!
