What is a decent price for painting and installing front and rear Mtech bumpers in Houston?

I got a mtech bumper painted and installed from Metropolitan for around $300/each. It was a perfect color match and quick install.

I can vouch for Metropolitan Collision- I've seen their paint jobs- they are a perfect match to the original paint color.

I've heard good things about them but didn't know if $1k was a good price to paint and install front and rear bumpers.
