Windshield/screen washer problems?

Evening all,

First post. Bought a 2006 330d out of a non BMW dealer and the screen washers seem to be blocking quite a bit . It was clear for about a month then blocked again on Saturday.

I'll be taking it back to them this week again but wondered if anyone had had similar probs or can point me in the right direction. Is the bottle filter easy to access?

I had this problem and they replaced the pump under warranty.
