I recently purchased a M Aero Front Lip for my 335i while I was out of the country, and Lewis was very helpful with the questions I had about the product. I sent payment for it on March 29th, and Mike/Lewis kept me up to date on it's status (arrival, completion of painting), and the lip was ready on April 5th, which I consider to be fast since it was a special order. However, I was out of the country, and could not go pick it up, so Lewis held on to it for me for a couple of days. When I got back, I gave him a phone call and he promptly delivered the lip to my house!

I would definitely be interested in purchasing from MW Design again. Keep up the the work!

i purchased the OEM Front Aero Lip for my E92 from MWdesign and Lewis as part of their GB, it came promptly in less than 10 business days and Lewis met my payment requirements and met for payment on my convenience, throughout the entire shopping experience, it has been painless and enjoyable, and when the lip arrived, Lewis personally delivered the lip to my hands while i was at school and i was only available for a very short time-frame and Lewis met my busy schedule no problem at all, in the end, A++

i will definitely buy from MWdesign again in the future....only after i make some cash and get my bloody tax return :rocks:

for the GB, they charged CDN$415, so roughly USD $365, unpainted, but primed

great experience with MW Design as well. got the aero lip from them as part of the group buy. they got it to me within a week and the entire transaction went by very smoothly. i will most definitely do business with them again, these guys are great!

YEah, they're great guys. I got a front lip from htme for my E90. I'm from out of town, but i was in Vancouver for a hockey game, they came and delivered it to me at the rink. Great service.

Gonna have to +1 as well, I bought a whole ACS kit from Lewis and the guys at MW Design and I would have to say the service was awesome!! I live in Edmonton and I had to fly out to Vancouver for work/Concert, and Lewis went out of his way to meet me at the hotel and then came back the next day again to drop off the ACS tips for my exhaust. Lewis stayed on top of all my senseless questions as well as showed great patience when I was humming and hawwing about the kit, in the end I realized that these guys stand behind their products and service and it convinced me to take the plunge!! Great job guys!!

+1 from me too, I cannot put into words how responsive these guys are when it came to any questions I had, regardless of the time of day. Accommodating would also be an understatement, they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the order as it progressed and even followed up after seeing that I took delivery to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the process.

Did business again with Lewis!

Bought a brand new OEM strut bar for my E92 328i, Lewis contacted me on Wednesday morning about the strut bar and told me he had a plane to catch at 2pm and it was around 11am when he called, i told him i cant rush out to Vancouver to pick up the strut bar, so he quickly shipped it to me with FEDEX (with no additional charge), received it on Thursday afternoon in perfect condition and its looks great under the bonnet

Will definitely do business again, extremely recommended, people in Vancouver should take advantage of MW's local personalized services :rocks:
