Shift Work

As the title says, Does anyone else work shift's?

I work 2 day's, 2 nights (12 hour shifts) on a rolling rota.

Yeah I do 1 week of 6am-2pm and next week 2pm-10pm then back on earlys as we have a permanent night shift if I was to do 9-5 it knocks me on my arse lol!

Same as the OP here, I do either 6-6 or 7-7 shifts, 2 days, 2 nights, then 4 off. Weekends are for the rat race, free time in the week is where it's at

Back in the day when I was in the NHS, I used to work 24 hours shifts. 9am-9am and back in the following day at 9am.....don't miss those days much!

I work a mixture of a 2,2,2 or 3,2,2 shifts.
7-5,3-midnight,10-7am
or 8-6/7pm, 3-midnight,8pm-5am,
or other variations of the above dependent on what pops up...

i used to do 7-7 days and nights. wierd shift pattern...
mon - tue days, wed - thur off, fri - sun nights... then
mon - tue off, wed - thur night, fri - sun off

Worked out quite well

Now ive changed jobs/company im on either 10-6 or 2-10 mon - fri.

Beats working for a living!!

Food supplied, no washing up. Cleaning and laundry done - but not ironed.
Miles from anywhere and 95% of the women are only vaguely female!

Offshore life!
