Short-shifters?

Any short-shifter options available yet? I've seen the suggestion of going with a shorter shift-knob, but I really like the factory look so I don't really wanna do that (unless perhaps it was with another BMW knob).

I wondered if the M package available in Europe has a shorter shift throw, and if there are any interchangeable parts from that which could be used?

B&M has a shift kit out for the 330 already. I believe its part number 45123. Reviews have been pretty positive.
