FS: MSD80 ECU and AA exhaust

Mint condition 335i ECU MSD80
purchased and installed a new one from bmw which was MSD81 because we had suspicion that the dme was faulty and causing engine failure but it was internal motor damage so now I have an extra. Figured I'd try to sell it here

$350 OBO (LOCAL ONLY)
AA exhaust with about 17k miles. The metal turned blue from the heat and its missing the bracket that holds the mufflers together. Any exhaust shop should be capable of getting it installed. Its also been sitting outside for a while but theres no visible rust and tips still look great. EMAIL me for pics
